Babe Ruth Prep League Results -- June 9

Effngham Asphalt blasted out 13 runs in beating Niemerg Construction 13-3 in Babe Ruth Prep League action at Evergreen Hollow Park Monday.

Asphalt tallied four runs through each of the first three innings. Potter had a double and two RBI while Sparks had a double.

Leading Niemerg Construction was Niebrugge with two singles and Guy with a double and an RBI.

JCR Carpentry beat Taylor Law Offices 11-1. JCR took a 4-0 first inning lead then had three-run innings in the fourth and fifth.

JCR had five hits in the game led by Talley and Strullmyer with a triple each. Talley drove in three runs while Strullmeyer had two. Mathenia had a double and four RBI.
