HIGHLAND -- Highland High School took the early lead over Teutopolis but the Shoes came back with five in the fifth and sixth and three in the seventh for a 13-6 victory.
Highland tallied single runs through the first four innings for a 4-0 lead and led 6-5 after five innings.
T-town had 11 hits in the contest led by Kenter with two singles, a double and an RBI, Probst with two singles and two RBI, Will with two singles and an RBI and Ungrund with a double and an RBI.
Ungrund picked up the pitching win on a two-hitter with a strikeout.

At Brownstown
Brownstown/St. Elmo edged Pana 4-3 in Thursday competition.
Pana held a 2-1 lead in the third before BSE tied the score at 2-2 in the fourth and took a 4-2 lead in the fifth. Pana came back with a run in the top of the seventh but BSE held on for the win.
Levi Maxey moved his pitching record to 2-0 by throwing a three-hitter with seven strikeouts. Dalton Parks had a single, double and drove in three runs. BSE improved to 4-5 on the season.
