Jason Wesley Thomas, age 46, of Olney, passed away on March 24, 2025, at his home.

Jason was born on December 14, 1978, the son of Marion and Annette (Runyon) Thomas in Olney, Illinois.Jason was a member of the Antioch Christian Church. He loved fishing and being around people. Jason was very witty, with a wonderful since of humor. He never met a stranger. Jason was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. He was also a very talented artist who loved to draw and paint.
Jason is survived by his parents: Marion and Annette (Runyon) Thomas of Olney, Illinois, grandmother: Katherine Runyon of West Salem, Illinois sons: Jacob (Jordyn Coulter) Thomas of Calhoun, Illinois Levi and Tyler Thomas of Palestine, Illinois brother: Jesse (Brandy) Thomas of West Salem, Illinois nephew: Zachery Thomas of West Salem, Illinois nieces: Brittney (Nathan Dower) Thomas of Albion, Illinois and Breanna Thomas of West Salem, Illinois.
Jason was preceded in death by: grandfather: Harry Runyon grandparents: Lonnie and Martha Thomas aunts: Betty Thomas Shultz and Ruth Thomas uncles: Terry Runyon and Charles Thomas And baby cousin Katlyn Barthelemy.
