Beverly Eileen Tarr (91) formerly of Wheeler

Beverly Eileen Tarr, age 91, formerly of Wheeler, Illinois, passed away at 10:05 PM – Monday, November 27, 2023, at HSHS St John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.

Funeral services celebrating Beverly’s life will be held at 10:30 AM – Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois, with Mike Knepper officiating. The burial will be in the Dieterich Village Cemetery in Dieterich, Illinois. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 6:00 PM – Friday, December 1, 2023, at the funeral home. Beverly was born on July 20, 1932, in Dieterich, Illinois, the daughter of Vern and Ethel (Sparling) Fulk. She married Bill Tarr on September 3, 1955, in Dieterich, Illinois, and he preceded her in death on March 20, 2013. Beverly was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, painting, crocheting, quilting, and doing cross stitch. Beverly was a member of the Dieterich Christian Church.

Beverly is survived by: Daughter – Brenda Tarr of Springfield, Illinois Brother – Alfred (Wanda) Fulk of Dieterich, Illinois Nephews – Brad (Mary) Fulk of Hereford, Arizona; Chris Kibler of Plainfield, Illinois; and Paul (Bobbie) Kincaid of Pekin, Illinois.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Donald Fulk and half-brother Glen Kincaid.
