In his free time he enjoyed being outside, driving his tractor, working on his farm, and especially burning yard waste. He loved attending his grandchildren's sporting events and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball. Henry was an avid horseman and had a passion for raising and showing his horses. He was a hard working man and made sure to stay busy. At the age of 15, he stepped up in raising his siblings, and he was both an amazing mother and father to his two children. Henry was a strong, proud man, who took care of others before himself.
