Roger A. Morrison, 67 of Effingham, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Newton Care Center in Newton.
No public services will be held. Arrangements are in the care of Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham.
Roger was born November 30, 1955 in Shelbyville, the son of Cecil and Helen (Tarrant) Morrison. He married Claudia A. Price and she resides in Effingham. Roger is also survived by his mother, Helen Blythe of Shelbyville; sisters, Connie Walton of Shelbyville and Brenda Lohman of Edgewood; brother, Tim Morrison of Beecher City.
