Rosetta F. Adams, 94, of Hord, Illinois died at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, June 16, 2013 at her daughter's home in Flora.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 19 at 10:30 a.m. at Neal Funeral Home, Louisville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 18 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Neal Funeral Home, Louisville. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery, rural Louisville. Memorials may be made to Clay County Hospice or Hord Congregational Christian Church. Online condolences may be left by clicking here.
Rosetta was born April 11, 1919 in Hord, the daughter of Victor Oval and Daphne (Kesterson) Eytchison. She married Leonard Adams February 17, 1937 in Tuscola. She retired from Fedders in Effingham as an assembly worker for 30 years. She was a member of Hord Congregational Christian Church.
Survivors include daughter, Betty (husband Stacey) Wilson of Flora; grandchildren, Gina Michels of Clay City, Jill McNeely of Cisne and their father, Gerald McNeely of Effingham; two great-grandchildren, Logan Michels of Clay City and Quade Coble in the Army at Fort Benning. Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leonard in 1983; son Billy Lynn in infancy; brothers, Vernon Eytchison and Paul Eytchison
