Patsy Diane Phillips 72, of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 9:19 AM Friday May 5, 2023 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
She was born July 3, 1950 in Harvey, Illinois the daughter of Landy and Dorothy Cunningham. Patsy married John C. Phillips August 18, 1979 in Markham, Illinois. Mrs. Phillips was a Retired Lab Assistant for the Sarah Bush Lincoln Heath Center in Mattoon, Illinois.
She is survived by her sons, Lance Phillips of Sigel, Illinois and Michael Phillips of Emden, Illinois; daughter, Stacy Phillips of Greenup, Illinois; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband John Phillips; brothers, Dave Cunningham and Fred Cunningham.

A celebration of life open house will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Swengel - O’Dell Funeral Home in Neoga, Illinois. Burial will be in the Long Point Cemetery at a later date.
