Pupper is survived by his loving wife, Becky (Sowers) Heuerman of 47 years, son, Woody (Kelly) Heuerman; daughters Kendall Heuerman (Jay Ohnesorge), Katelin (Blake) Kuhl, Kallee Heuerman (Fiancé, Nick Feldhake); grandkids, Sophia, Owen, Isabella, & Elliot Heuerman, Myles & Meah Kuhl; siblings, Mary Lou Flach, Jean (Terry) Hakman, Charlie (Janice) Heuerman, Janet (Whitney) McKinney, Clete (Marsha) Heuerman, Carlene (Tom) Rauch, and Paul (Dawn) Heuerman.

Pupper was a proud business owner of over 50 years of Larry Heuerman Trucking, Road Oiling and Asphalt. He may not have been the classiest man, but he was a stranger to none. He loved to boat, camp, hunt, and fish, but mostly enjoyed spending time in Southern Illinois at his cabin. He was a proud member of the NRA and loved everything red, white, and blue. He was stubborn as a mule and never afraid to speak his honest mind. Pupper was one of the hardest working and proudest father and grandfather there was. His kids and grandkids were his pride and joy and he loved spending time with them.
