Bart Vincent Davis, age 58, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on October 1, 2022 at his home.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Pagel Funeral Homes in St. Elmo, Illinois. Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 14, 2022 at Maplewood Cemetery in St. Elmo. Bart was born on December 26, 1963 in Nuernberg, Bavaria, Germany. He graduated from Altamont High School in 1982 and served in the US Air Force from 1983 to 1987. He was self-employed where he did woodworking. He also followed his passion of writing.
He is survived by his stepmother, Laurette Davis of Vandalia; brother, Johnny Davis (Angela) of O’Fallon; two half-brothers, Vincent Davis (Stacey) of Litchfield and Aaron Davis (Katelyn) of Tovey; three nephews and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father; mother; and stepfather.
