Victor "Todd" Stevens (47) of Windsor

Victor “Todd” Stevens, 47, of Windsor, IL passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022, in Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.
Todd was born on November 15, 1974, in Effingham, the son of Victor Lee (Buster) and Linda Faye (Tilford) Stevens. He attended North Clay Schools in Louisville. Todd worked at Quality Pallets in Windsor for several years. He was an animal lover who also enjoyed cooking, fishing, mushroom hunting and spending time with his family and friends, especially his four sons.
He leaves behind four sons: Victor Gage Stevens of Effingham, Konner Rae Stevens of Effingham, Devin Smith of Lincoln and Nathan Beccue of Altamont; two sisters: Ellen Renee Stevens (Juhnke) of Butte, MT and Sarah Dawn Collins of Windsor; aunt, Anita (Russell) Kollmann of Mattoon; uncle, Duane Tilford of Windsor; five nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and nephew, Brandon.
