Paula Darlene Malone (69) of Effingham

Paula Darlene Malone, 69, passed away on Thursday morning, September 7, 2022 in the Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare Center in Effingham, Illinois.
Paula was born April 13, 1953 in Mattoon, Illinois the daughter of James and Wanda (Bolin) Seeley. She married Roy Malone June 7, 1972 in Lerna, IL Mr. Malone passed away August 7, 2019. Mrs. Malone worked as Quality control at Kerns Manufacturing in Neoga. Paula enjoyed her co-workers at Kerns. She was very devoted to her nieces and nephews, she loved and enjoyed them very much.
Paula leaves her brother, Jimmy Seeley of Searcy, Texas; sisters, Rose Sowers (Scott) of Trilla, Illinois and Tammy Abbott of Springfield, Illinois; brother in law, Doug Malone (Connie) of Neoga, Illinois; many beloved nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy Malone; brother in law, Robert Malone; nephews, Derek Malone and Robbie Matthew Malone.
In lieu of flowers family request memorials to the Donor’s choice.
As per Paula’s wishes Cremation Rites will be accorded and Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 am. Saturday, September 24, 2022 in the Long Point Cemetery in Neoga Twp., Illinois.
