Pamela Ann "Pam" Hall (75) of Effingham

Pamela Ann “Pam” Hall age 75 of Effingham, Illinois passed away Friday, September 16, 2022 at her daughter’s home in rural Jasper County, Illinois.
Graveside services will be held at 3:15 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24th at the Crain Funeral Home, Newton, Illinois. Inurnment will be in the West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Newton, Illinois.
Pam was born on August 23, 1947 in Flora, Illinois, the daughter of Elaine Flahive. She married Mike R. Hall and to this union was born a daughter, Stacia Hall. For over twenty-five years, Pam was the manager of Pizza Man in Newton. She enjoyed training the kids in their first jobs and meeting and forming friendships with the many customers through the years. Pam was also a huge help to her daughter and son-in-law on their farm. From shuttling the grandkids, numerous loads of laundry and countless meals, she loved helping care for her family. She was a member of the Elks Lodge No. 1016, Effingham, Illinois.
In her free time, Pam loved to dance and loved the music of the 1950’s. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, cooking and watching cooking show on television. Wanting to try out the latest TV recipes, Pam would “guinea pig” her new creations on the family during the many dinners she brought to the field.
Pam will be loved and remembered by her daughter Stacy Matson and husband Keith; grandson Ethan Matson and fiancée Bridget Kaufmann and granddaughter Kayla Matson all of Newton.
Her mother, Elaine Flahive, preceded her in death.
