Norma Jean Hall age 79, of Newton passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, May 8, 2022.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the Crain Funeral Home, Newton, Illinois.
Norma was born on August 22, 1942 in Decatur, Illinois the daughter of Forrest W. Cox and Grace Louise Cox Ball. In her free time, Norma enjoyed working in her yard and listening to classic country music on her deck. She had a great love for animals and immensely loved her cats.
Norma is survived by her daughters Becky Wonn of Olney, IL and Jerri Menke of Charleston; three grandchildren Jerica Lindemann, Aubrey Ochs and Blake Wonn; two great grandchildren Elena Wonn and Jordan Jackson; nephew Stoney Shamhart and niece Darla Shamhart.
Her parents, husband Larry, two sisters and four brothers preceded her in death. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Saved by Grace animal rescue or to the Newton Veterinary Clinic for Claws and Paws.
