Glenda C. Clark, 85, of Findlay, IL passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, in her home.

Glenda was born on August 20, 1936, in Shawneetown, the daughter of Gordon and Beulah (Hatcher) Ozee. She was a graduate of Shawneetown High School. Glenda and Harold E. Clark were united in marriage on May 27, 1955 and were blessed with 42 years of marriage before his passing on June 30, 1997. Glenda was a homemaker and was a familiar face at the Findlay Marina gas dock where she worked for many years. She enjoyed coffee and conversation with friends and family, was an avid dog lover and cherished time with her grandchildren, especially Kelsey. Glenda was a member of the Findlay Southern Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son, Timothy Clark (Lea Dunham) of Findlay; daughter, Kristi (David) Sowers of Sullivan; sisters: Mona Heartlein of Sullivan and Doris Murphy of Shelbyville; brothers: Roger “Shorty” (Joyce) Ozee of Moro and Larry (Judy) Ozee of Arcola and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Beulah Ozee and brothers: Floyd Gene Ozee, Jim Ozee, Jack Ozee, Bob Ozee, and Gordon “Bud” Ozee.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2022, in Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville with Pastor Jim Allen officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Wright Cemetery in rural Findlay. Memorials may be made in Glenda’s name to Saving Orphaned Animals Shelby County and mailed to 302 W. Main St., Shelbyville, IL 62565. Lockart-Green Funeral Home is assisting the family.
