Anthony was born on July 11, 1995 in Elgin, IL, the son of Eliud Gutierrez and Jennifer Foote.

There’s so much to be said about Anthony. He had a smile that could brighten the darkest room. He had a way with words that could make you smile, laugh, or cry. He was the most passionate man, and the root of that passion was for his family. He loved his family more than words can describe. His kids were his world and his motivation to continue to improve himself. You didn’t have to be blood to be considered family. The many friendships he had made and the countless lives he had touched can attest to that. He was charismatic and influential. It did not matter what he was going through, he would be there for you. He would give you the clothes off of his back. He was loyal to no end. He will be loved and missed by his family and all those that had known him.

Anthony is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jennifer and Christopher Nippe of Effingham; children, Ever Junior, Aaliyah Foote, Anthony Foote Jr., Isaiah Foote, and Eliud Foote; siblings, Austin (Ashley) Gutierrez of Clarksville, TN, Alexis Gutierrez of Effingham, Ashton Nippe of Effingham, Ashley Nippe of Effingham, Alyviah Nippe of Effingham, and Alijah Nippe of Effingham; aunts, Carrie Foote, Sharon Gutierrez, and Tiffany Gutierrez; uncles, Mike Overton, Eddie Gutierrez, and Juan Gutierrez; and grandfather, Carlos Romero.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eliud Gutierrez; grandmother, Catherine Foote; grandmother, Maria Romero; and sister, Casara Baker.
