Kimberly Kay Brandt, age 63, of Auburn, IL passed away at 1:55 pm on Monday October 11, 2021, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL will be assisting the family with arrangements.
Kim was born on June 10, 1958, to Ray and Elizabeth “Betty” (Ragon) Bohannon, in Harvey, IL. Survivors include her daughter, Brittany (Cody) Stewart; brothers, Gordon, Mike and Scott Bohannon; sister, Lisa Bohannon; and grandchildren, Athan and Anden Stewart. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Kim enjoyed many hobbies such as knitting, crocheting, and music. She was a caregiver to everyone and was always willing to help anybody. She also loved spending quality time with her daughter and grandchildren. Kim had a heart of gold.
