Pamela ‘Pam’ Hyatt, 56, of Brownstown, died at 4:19 p.m. Monday, October 11, 2021, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Gieseking Funeral Home, Brownstown, with Pastor Nathan Brands officiating. Visitation will be for 2 hours prior to service time. Burial will take place at a later date at Springhill Cemetery, rural Beecher City. Memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.

COVID-19 protocol including, but not limited to, face covering and social distancing will be required at all times while in the funeral home.

Pamela (Seaton) Hyatt was born on Tuesday, December 8, 1964 in Winchester, Kansas to Ray Lee and Velma June (Scholes) Seaton. On November 29, 2002 she married Curtis Hyatt. She was affiliated with the First Christian Church, Brownstown. Prior to her illness she had worked as a CNA with ARC/CSS, Teutopolis, Lutheran Care Center, Altamont and Aperion Care, St. Elmo.

She is survived by: her husband of almost 19 years, Curtis of Brownstown; son, Jason Hyatt of Waynesville, NC; daughter, Morgan Pyle of San Antonio, TX and Sarah Hyatt of Hickory, NC; brothers, Dwight (Vicki) Seaton of Sparta, Michael (Mary) Seaton, St. Elmo, and Ray Lee (Debbie) Seaton, Jr. of Vandalia; sister, Debbie (Bob) Veach of Mason; 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
