Jeana Kollman, 45, of Effingham, IL, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021, as a result from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham. Burial will be in Watson Cemetery in Watson. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Jeana was born on January 20, 1976, in Effingham, IL, the daughter of Lewis “Louie” and Lorene (Buchholz) Phillips Sr.
Jeana is survived by her children that she loved dearly, Jordan Kollman, Justin Kollman, Jesse Kollman (Kristen), and Jenna Kollman; grandchildren, Rhett Tinker and Jailynn Kollman; and siblings, Jackie (Dennis) Genaust, Cheryl Locey, and Lewis Jr. “Louie” (Sherry) Phillips.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandchild, Braxton Kollman.
