Hailey Elizabeth Funneman, age 22, of Wheeler, Illinois, passed away at 4:04 PM Saturday, June 19, 2021, near Brownstown, Illinois.
Funeral services celebrating Hailey’s life will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, June 25, 2021, at the West End Reception and Event Venue, 202 Museum Drive, Newton, Illinois. Burial will be in Bailey Cemetery, rural Latona, Illinois. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service. In loving memory of Hailey, memorials may be made to Meyer Funeral Home, 307 West Jourdan Street, Newton, Illinois 62448. Hailey Elizabeth was born on August 15, 1998, in Effingham, Illinois, the daughter of Douglas Ray and Elizabeth Ann (Ervin) Funneman. She was a graduate of Newton Community High School, class of 2016. Hailey met the love of her life Coleton Paul Price, on June 20, 2017 to whom she was engaged. They will now spend eternity together.
Hailey is survived by- Parents- Douglas and Elizabeth Funneman of Wheeler, Illinois; Sister- Macy Funneman (Kyler Rogers) and Riley Funneman both of Wheeler, Illinois; Grandparents- David and Charlotte Ervin of Dieterich, Illinois and Jan Funneman of Wheeler, Illinois; Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive; Their “kid” dog- Kilo.
Hailey was preceded in death by her grandpa Dale Funneman, great grandparents Charles Neil and Ruby Woods, Lulubelle Winn and Loren & Dolly Ervin.
