Doris Walk Johnson, 70 of Effingham, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 24, 2021.
Private family services will be held at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
She was born on January 10, 1951 to Charles and Agnes Walk of Neoga who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by sister, Marlene Burton and brother, Chuck.
Doris leaves her son, Shane of Charleston; siblings, Jo Ann (Dick) Sutton of Sebring, FL, Sue (Ron) White of Effingham, Vera (Dr. Charles) Runde of Teutopolis, Art (Penny) Walk of Neoga, Bonnie (Dennis) Siebert of Effingham, Delores (David) Pals of Beecher City, Stan Walk of Georgetown, IN, Bev (Dave) Awalt of Effingham and Kevin (Amy) Walk of Momence. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
