Lonnie Dale Jackson, 48, of Shelbyville, IL passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in his residence.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2021 in Windsor Cemetery, Windsor, IL, with Pastor Mike Reynolds officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather at Howe and Yockey Funeral Home in Shelbyville, IL at 1:00 p.m.Sunday and drive in procession to the cemetery. Memorials maybe given to the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society or the Animal Protection League and mailed to Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, 415 N. Broadway, Shelbyville, IL 62565

Lonnie was born on May 19, 1972, in Shelbyville, IL, the son of Raymond Dale and Bernice Evelyn (McCabe) Jackson. He graduated in the Class of 1991 at Findlay High School, where he was manager for the basketball team. Lonnie enjoyed spending time in his yard, shopping and working puzzles.

Lonnie is survived by his sister, Linda Cole of Decatur, IL; brother, Larry Jackson (Ginger) of Greenwood, IN; step-brother Jeff Allen of Findlay, IL; aunt, Imogene Lading of Effingham, IL; uncle, Earl McCabe of Fruit Port, MI; and 2 nephews, Seth and Cole Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Lanny Cole; and several aunts and uncles.
