Chuck was born on August 4, 1950 in Effingham, Illinois, the son of Harry and Madge (Cohorst) Bierman. He married the love of his life, Liz (Quinn) Bierman and they enjoyed 47 years of marriage. Chuck was a member of St. Anthony Church, Knights of Columbus, and a co-owner of Bierman Welding. Chuck’s passion was working at Bierman Welding with his father, brothers, and son. More than anything, he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his 11 grandchildren. Chuck never met a stranger and never forgot a name. He truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures that included quality time with his grandchildren such as golf cart rides, fishing, watching sports and keeping a secret candy stash for them. He also truly enjoyed coffee and walking with friends, gardening, vacations to the beach, and convertible rides with his wife. To know Chuck made you a better person. He will never be forgotten.
