Juanita Miller, 76, of Flora, formerly of Clay City died at 8:50am Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Flora Rehab and Healthcare Center in Flora.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10am at Clay City Christian Church in Clay City with burial in Clay City Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8pm Tuesday and from 9 to 10am Wednesday at the church.  Memorials to Clay City Christian Church or Oil Belt Christian Service Camp for the building fund.

She was born November 18, 1936 in Fairfax, Oklahoma, the daughter of Dennis T. and Edna Pearl (Doggett) Miller.  She was a RN for 20 years as head of pediatrics at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney and also was a medical missionary for African Christian Missions for 25 years in Zaire and Mozambique, Africa.  She was a member of Clay City Christian Church.

Survivors include one sister, Betty Duff of Cedar Rapids, Iowa...brother-in-law, Gary Clark of Clay City...sisters-in-law, Nancy Miller of Clay City and Ilah Miller of Shelbyville, Tennessee...and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
