Donald Lee "Duck" Lane, 76, of Neoga, Illinois passed away Friday November 6, 2020 in his residence.

Don was born April 25, 1944, at home in Neoga, Illinois, the son of Perry "Dale" and Mildred (Stevens) Lane. Don was a member of Mid Central Operating Engineers. He was married to Judy Taylor then later married Marilyn Bushur and was a close companion to Arlene Wymore.

Don leaves two daughters, Shari Roy ( Mike) of Mattoon, Illinois and Angie Stremming of Mattoon, Illinois; brother, Fred Stevens (Gynell) of Dieterich, Illinois; grandchildren, Jaimee Roy Smith (Joe), Scott Stremming (Anna), Tyler Roy (Morgan), Sara Stremming, Jaycie Roy and Trevor Roy; great grandchildren, Drue Black, Sutton Smith and River Roy; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Aubrey Lane; sisters Delores Bales, Louise Brown and Donna Phillips.

A Private Family Graveside service will be held Tuesday November 10. 2020 at 11:00 AM with James Maroon officiating in the Neoga Memorial Cemetery in Neoga, Illinois. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time at the cemetery.
