Rusella “Granny” Jo Wallace, age 75, of Watson, Illinois passed away at 2:34 p.m. Sunday, September 27, 2020 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.

There will be a walk-thru visitation from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Watson Baptist Church in Watson, Illinois. Burial will be at Watson Cemetery. Granny was born on June 13, 1945 in Effingham, Illinois, the daughter of Frank F. and Beulah M. (Boggs) Becker. She married Harold D. Wallace on December 20, 1963. She enjoyed embroidering, crafting, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Erick Wallace of Effingham, Illinois; daughter, Tara Hagen (husband Kurt) of Watson, Illinois; 7 grandchildren, Haylee Brandt, Brent Wallace, Holly Conkling, Brad Wallace, Abby Hagen, Lynzee Hagen, Austin Hagen; Karson Wallace, Karter Wallace, Weston Wallace, Ellee Brandt, Branson Wallace, Laynee Brandt, and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Beulah Becker; husband, Harold Wallace; brothers, Jack Becker and Gene Becker; sisters, Helen Davis, Anna Hunt, and Pat Webb.
