Phillip D. Kramer, 52, of St. Elmo, IL died at 4:55 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2020 in St. Elmo.

A Memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at New Horizon Church, St. Elmo with Pee Wee Denton officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service time. A private burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont is assisting the family with arrangements.

Phillip was born on Tuesday, October 3, 1967 to Larry and Maggie Becraft (Moran) Kramer in Belleville, IL. He married Nancy (Evans) Kramer on July 19, 1991. He previously worked at Sherwin Williams and currently operated Kramer’s Transport. He was a retired St. Elmo volunteer firefighter and belonged to the NRA. He loved riding motorcycles, helping people, and working with his hands. He especially loved his family and grandkids. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by; daughters, Kayla Wright (Tommy), St. Elmo, Destiny Kurilo (Frank), St. Elmo, Jessica Luckey (Christopher), St. Elmo; stepmother, Helen Kramer, St. Elmo; brothers, James Kramer, South Carolina, Tony Logue (Kim), St. Elmo, and Brian Kramer, Brownstown; sisters, April (John) Wells, Florida, Laurie Kramer, South Dakota, and Trinity Kramer, St. Elmo; 4 grandchildren. Alaina Wright, Gabriel Luckey, Macie Luckey, Leo Kurilo, and another expected in January; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

He was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law and father-in-law Roy and Clara Evans.
