Grace Eileen Norman, 82, of Sullivan, IL formerly of Farina, died Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Mason Point in Sullivan.

Born June 23, 1937 in Omega, IL, she was the daughter of Oliver W. "Ollie" and Vera M. (Schooley) Mulvany. She was a former employee of the Farina IGA, loved counted cross stitch, and working outdoor in her flowers. She was a faithful member of Friedens United Church of Christ in Farina.

She married Charles F. "Charlie" Norman, June 15, 1956 in Farina, and he preceded her in death August 27, 2014.

Surviving are her children, Jan (Terry) Seibert of Quincy, IL, Lynda (Earl) McClain of Shelbyville, IL, and Melody (Tracy) Mulvaney of Kinmundy, IL, along with grandchildren Michael Cothran, Marissa (Tom) Palmer and Matthew Cothran. She will also be missed by great grandchildren Seth, Abby and Conner Cothran, Aidan, Mia and Oliver Palmer. She is also survived by 9 step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren. Others left to mourn her death are brothers Lowell "Sonny" (Pat) Mulvany, and Larry (Jackie) Mulvany all of Mt. Zion, IL.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Marie Hites and Nancy Reiss. Also twin grandchildren, Katelynn and Wilson.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 28 at the Friedens United Church of Christ in Farina with Pastor Zach Garrett officiating. Burial will follow at the Elder Cemetery, rural Kinmundy. Visiting hours will be from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour Friday, all at the church. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association or to Mason Point Activity Department and will be accepted by the Rankin Funeral Home, entrusted with the family's care.
