Clifford D. "Cliff" Reardon (63) of Stewardson

Clifford D. "Cliff" Reardon, 63 of Stewardson, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in Stewardson Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Effingham Retired Volunteer Firefighter’s Association.

Cliff was born July 11, 1954 in Effingham, the son of Daniel and Lucille (Waldhoff) Reardon. He married Nancy A. West on October 6, 1990 and she survives. Cliff served 10 years on the Effingham Fire Department and was a service writer for Effingham Truck Sales/ Rush Truck Centers for 21 years.

Cliff is survived by his wife, Nancy of Stewardson; three sons, Doug (Jodie) Quast of Strasburg, Brian (Melissa) Quast of Stewardson and Rob (Sarah) Quast of Strasburg; daughter, Melissa (Kenny) Ferris of Stewardson; mother, Lucille Reardon of Effingham; two brothers, Robert (Wanda) Reardon and John Reardon, both of Effingham; three sisters, Mary Jo (Nick) Althoff, Judy Reardon and Kathy Scott, all of Effingham. Cliff is also survived by his eight grandchildren who were the light of his life and adored by him, Nicholas and Kennedy Ferris, Jacob and Baylee Quast, Madison and Trevor Quast, Dawson and Kinley Quast.

Cliff was preceded in death by his father.
