Richard Allen Zink, age 75, of Urbana, IL, passed away at 2:00 am Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 28 at Toliver Cemetery, Route 45, North of Louisville. The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM before the service at the cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to Clay County Hospital or Carle Hospital Hospice. J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisvlle is assisting.

Richard was born Wednesday, November 12, 1941 in Louisville, the son of the late John Calvin Zink and the late Rochelle Colclasure (Hackett) Zink. He was retired and previously employed by Carle Print Shop, JM Jones Warehouse, and Developmental Services Center, all in Champaign/Urbana.
Richard is survived by siblings, John and Caroline (Stanfield) Zink of Louisville, Gloria Arlene (Zink) and Kenneth Wattles of Louisville, M. Louisa (Zink) and Dr. John Komocar of Beach Park, IL, Phyllis A. (Zink) and David Schwenk of Urbana; many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers James Henry Hackett and Donald Lee Zink, sister Lois Jean Zink and two half sisters as well.
