David K. Patterson, 64, of Brownstown, died at 4:55 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2017 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital, Springfield.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Liberty Christian Church, rural Brownstown with Larry St. Cin officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Memorials may be to David Patterson Memorial Fund. Gieseking-Claggett Funeral Home, Brownstown is in charge of arrangements.
David was born on Thursday, April 2, 1953 in Vandalia to Robert and Doris (Jackson) Patterson. He was a member of Liberty Church.
He is survived by: his father, Bob of Brownstown; sisters, Vicki Bearden and her husband Tony of Brownstown, Kathy Willms and her husband John of Brownstown, and Lori Kruenegel and her husband Steve of Kinmundy and several nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Patterson and brother, Bob Patterson.
