Earnie “G.G.” Gillmore, age 77 of Edgewood, Illinois passed away at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at her daughter’s house surrounded by her family in Pocahontas, Illinois.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 19 at Pagel Funeral Homes in Edgewood, Illinois. Mark White will be officiating. There will be a one-hour viewing prior to the service. Burial will be at Edgewood Cemetery in Edgewood, Illinois. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Memorials may go to the donor’s choice.

Earnie was born on February 29, 1940 in Clinton, Tennessee, the daughter of Arthur E. and Faye A. (Long) Golden. She married James R. Gillmore on November 14, 1987 at the Christian Church in Edgewood, Illinois. She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband and they belonged to the Fire and Iron Station 64 Motorcycle Club. She especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Gillmore of Edgewood, Illinois; son, Ricky Flowers (wife Wendy) of Sandwich, Illinois; 6 daughters, Cindy Newton (husband Paul) of California, Johnnie McNece (husband Howard) of Pocahontas, Illinois; Edith Garrett (husband Kevin) of Edgewood, Illinois, Sussie Torres (husband Rafael) of Greenville, Illinois, Maria Miller (husband Nathan) of Vandalia, Illinois and Jama Parker (husband Tom) of Effingham, Illinois; 10 brothers; 7 sisters; 27 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Faye Golden; parents-in-law, Deek and Marie Gillmore; son, Tim Logan; two grandchildren, Caleb Flowers and Jason Hazzard; three brothers and one sister.
