Celeste (Niebrugge) Williams, 81, of Paragould, Arkansas, formerly of Effingham died Sunday, March 12, 2017 in her home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 15 at 10am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paragould, Arkansas with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8pm at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould.
