Betty Jean Woods-Robinson, age 89 of Louisville, passed away at 11:20 pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at Flora Gardens Care Center in Flora.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm Sunday, February 19 at J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville. A celebration of life will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, following the visitation, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Red Brush Cemetery, Louisville, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Betty was born Friday, November 4, 1927 in Kankakee, Illinois, the daughter of the late Eugene McDaniel and the late Mildred (Foss) McDaniel. On April 13, 1946 she married the late Ernest Woods in Waterloo, IL. She was employed by Clay County as the legal secretary for the states attorney and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She also attended the Louisville Baptist Church.
Betty is survived by son, Ronald (Pam) E. Woods of Louisville; daughters, Judith A. (David) Wood of Louisville, Sandra K. Maier of Decatur; grandchildren, Keri (Jason) Brown of Herrick, IL, Tera (Josh) Bell of Mason, IL, Emily Green of Decatur, IL, Nicole Lynn (Chad) Woods-Kuhlig of Louisville; great-grandchildren, Krista, Dalton, Alex, Jacob, Jessica, Austin, Macey, Addison, Shayanna, Thomas; great-great-grandchildren, Bryson, Drew.
