Sue Hayes of Effingham died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in St. Louis, MO.
An informal memorial celebration, Sue Hayes' "Last Wish" Memorial, will be held from 2 to 5pm Saturday, January 21 at the Effingham American Legion Home, 200 W. Washington Avenue, in downtown Effingham. It's an opportunity for family, friends and associates to share memories.
A luncheon will be served afterwards.
