Larry William Gordon, 73, of Beecher City, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at the Manor in Shelbyville.  
 
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Mound Cemetery in Cowden.

He was born March 1, 1943, in Shelby County, the son of Everette A. Gordon and Louester Giles.  He married Diana Sue Brown on December 31, 1963 in Cowden and she passed away April 3, 2011.   Larry was a barber in both the Shelbyville and Beecher City area, worked for World Color Press and retired from the United States Postal Service.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and family time.  
 
Larry is survived by daughter Jamie (Wesley) Watson of Shelbyville, son Blane (Carolee) Gordon of Staunton, three grandchildren Claudia, Cade and Chloe Watson, brothers Gary (Glenna) Gordon of Beecher City and Jimmie (Christine) of Beecher City, sister Jean (Pete) Richards of Cowden, mother and father-in-law Jim and Norma Tipsword of Beecher City. 
 
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, wife Diana, brothers Stanley, Leroy, Maurice, Dale and Franklin.
