Loretta Ruth Zalman Painter left this earth to be with her Lord on Friday, November 11, 2016.
Funeral Service will be at 11:30a.m. on Monday, November 14 with visitation from 10:30a.m. until the time of service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Stewardson. Burial will be in Stewardson Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran School in Stewardson or the American Cancer Society. Brummerstedt Funeral Home in Stewardson is assisting the family. She was born on August 30, 1941 to the late Kathyrn and Walter Zalman. Loretta married Larry Painter on May 30, 1959. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Stewardson.
Loretta will be greatly missed by her husband Larry of Stewardson, children Debra Debord and husband Billy of Virginia, Donna Cook and husband Don of Stewardson, Delina Willis and husband Kevin of Effingham, Daniel Painter and wife Dennise of Stewardson, 14 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, two brothers, four sisters and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grand daughter Beth Brown.
