James Canull, 84, of Sidney, formerly of Toledo died at 5:50pm Monday, October 10, 2016 at Presence Covenant Hospital in Urbana.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12 Noon on Saturday, October 15 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo. Graveside services will follow immediately at Toledo Cemetery.

Jim was born July 5, 1932, the son of Hayword and Reba (Burke) Canull. He married Sue Ann Stirewalt on February 1, 1974. She preceded him in death on August 20, 1995. He was a University of Illinois police officer and a carpenter.
Survivors include daughters, Staci Leon and Sherry (Todd) Marshall...stepson, Shon Park...eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way...one brother and four sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents...one sister...and one brother.
