Lisa Gayle Adams (53) of Louisville

Lisa Gayle Adams, 53 years old of Louisville, Illinois passed away after enduring a long illness on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 7:30 PM at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, Illinois.

Visitation for family and friends will be conducted from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, September 22 at the Kull Funeral Chapel, Altamont. Burial Services will be conducted in the early spring of 2017 along the Kaskaskia River according to her wishes of cremation following the visitation.

Lisa was born May 10, 1963 in St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham, Illinois one of seven siblings into the Catholic family of Lawrence Andrew and Marita Marie Swingler-Tegenkamp. Lisa worked numerous jobs her life including waitress, bar tender, general labor and last working at the Cambridge Auto Parts Company in Centralia until she was forced to retire by illness and disability.

She is survived by her: 2- Sons: Zachary David (wife, Clarissa) Tegenkamp of Louisville, Illinois and their 5 children at home: Christian Painter, Xavier and Vincent Tegenkamp, Leighton Dial and Erica Morlan and Brandon Lee ( fiancé, Cayla Higgins) Adcock of Effingham, Illinois and son Brayden Adcock...2-Daughters: Amanda Kathleen (fiancé, Wesley Powell) Tegenkamp of Paducah, Kentucky and their 3-children at home: Jace and Jadyn Gewe and Nevaeh Arnold, Destiny Dakota (fiancé, Jared Wimberly) Miller of Effingham, Illinois...1-Brother: Richard (wife, Joyce) Tegenkamp of Teutopolis, Illinois...5-Sisters: Sharon Stoldt of Altamont, Illinois, Sandra (husband, Jerry) Kreke of Heartville, Illinois, Deborah (husband, William) Miller of Funkhouser, Illinois, Carla (husband, John) Miller of Funkhouser, Illinois, and Victoria Miller of Altamont, Illinois...1-Brother-in-law: Billy Warner of St. Elmo, Illinois...and Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
