Lena Marie Klanke , age 85, of Xenia, IL, passed away at 5:15am Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Flora Gardens Care Center in Flora, IL.
 
Lena was born February 10, 1931 in Iuka, Illinois, the daughter of Stacy and Rena (Jones) Milburn. She married John H. Klanke on May 20, 1947 in Salem, Illinos and with this union were seven children. She was previously employed by Spartan Manufactoring in Flora, Illinois as an inspector. She attended Golden United Methodist Church and the Trinity United Methodist Church in Flora, Illinois.
 
She is survived by her husband: John Klanke of Xenia;  Daughters, Sandra Cook, Debbie Kelley Klanke, Vicki Sue Klanke, and Stacey Klanke, all of Flora; Sons, Fred Albert Klanke and John Dale Klanke, both of Flora, Albert Michael Kanye and wife Connie of Louisville; Like a Son, Billy Reddish and wife Alexis of Clay City; Sisters: Bessie Milburn, Geneva Millner and Bob, Ruth Presswood and Shirley Lewis, of Centralia, IL, and Ruby Ghere, of Brighton, IL;  Brothers, Stacy Dean Milburn and Myra, of Centralia, and Lawrence Milburn, of Sandoval; Grandchildren, Dale Klanke, Tony Klanke, Colin Cook, Penny Klanke, Matthew Cook, Janie Clark, Barb Kelley, Cheyenne Felty, Samuel Klanke, and Rebekkah Klanke; Step Grandchildren, Maryann Savage, and Andy Sharp; Great Grandchildren, Rhiannon Wilkin, Morgan Wilkin, Corbin Butterick, and EmmaLee Blair; Step Great Great Grandchildren, Serenity Savage, Gavin Savage, and Carly Sharp.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Stacy and Rena Milburn; brother, George Milburn; sisters , Bertha Boyles and Frances Woodward; brother-in-law, Ronnie Lewis; grandson, Jacob Klanke; and great grandson, Ian Kelley.
 
Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville, IL where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday, September 11. Funeral service will be at J. W. Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 11. Interment will be at Golden Cemetery, Flora, IL.
 
Memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation and will be received at the funeral home.
