Braxton Lewis Kollman, infant, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. He was the son of Kristen Angel and Jesse Kollman.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 19 at Watson Cemetery, Watson, with the Rev. Kevin Knierim officiating. Services are in the care of Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham. Memorials may be made in loving memory of Braxton Lewis Kollman to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital Foundation for use in the Maternity Department, 503 N. Maple St. Effingham, IL 62401.

Braxton is survived by his parents; grandmother, Angie Ambuehl; grandfather, Steven Angel; grandmother, Jeana (Jason Ulrich) Kollman; grandfather, Rodney Kollman; and many loving aunts, uncles, and relatives.
He was preceded in death by his great-great-grandmother, Eva Angel; and great-grandparents, Lewis and Glenna Lorene Phillips.
