E. Georganna Ochs, 93, of Greenup, IL passed away at 2:24 pm Sunday July 17, 2016 at the Cumberland Rehab and Health Care in Greenup, IL.
Graveside memorial services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 23 at the Greenup Cemetery. Cremation rites were accorded. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup is assisting the family. Georganna was born in Wheeler, IL on November 24, 1922 the daughter of Lawrence and Lela (Foltz) Green. She married Ralph Ochs on September 18, 1941 and he preceded her in 1976.
Surviving are children Bonita Osborne of Flora, Frances Cameron of Decatur, Cassandra (Terrell) Stewart of Toledo and Ralph (Elna) Ochs of Greenup; Sister Marcella Brummerstead of Mt. Zion; 9 grandchildren Shane Osborne, Lance Osborne, Kendra Beals, Erica O’Driscoll, Nate Stewart, Nick Stewart, Andrea Harris, Jessica Cameron and Jennifer Cherrick; 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Brother James Green and a grandson Clint Ochs.
Georganna was homemaker and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Greenup.
