Billy Ben England, 81, of Toledo, IL passed away at 7:55 pm on July 14, 2016 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 on Wednesday July 20, 2016 at the Open Door Baptist Church in Toledo. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 till service time at the church. Burial with Military Rites by Cumberland County Veterans will be in the Harmony Cemetery rural Greenup. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo is assisting the family.
 
Billy was born in Homer, IL on February 11, 1935 the son of Ben & Elizabeth (Farris) England. He married June Wells on November 13, 1970. Surviving is his wife, son Stanley (Peggy) Roe of Neoga; Daughters Janice Lewis of Toledo, Barbara England of Lincoln NE, Vickie England of Mattoon, Deborah Rardin (Mark Yetz) of Iowa; Sisters Mary Maps and Edna Kelley of Mattoon; 9 grandchildren Felicia (Jim) Parrott, Ryan (Holly) Wemeer, Chuck Rardin, Scott (Sara) Rardin, Rhonda Rardin (Mike Steele), Jodi Workman (Jim Rodebaugh deceased) Nathan (Kathy) Lewis, Natalie Carlock and Keirstan Roe; 16 great grandchildren Gage, Elba, Sara, Chase, Kaleb, Travon, Colten, Rylan, Nash, Shea, Shonoa, Bethannie, Britany, Cassandra, Jeremiah and Billy; one great- great grandchild Mollie.
 
Billy was preceded in death by his parents son Wm. Lee England; Brother Jim Maps; Sisters Lillian Kemper, Sue VanDyke and Helen Reed; son in law Charles Rardin; 2 great grandchildren Seith and Katlyn. 
 
Billy worked 31 years and retired from ANAMET in Mattoon, He served his Country in The Army during Korea, he was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church in Toledo, He loved the outdoors, his family and hunting. Memorial can be made to the Family care off the Barkley FC box 381 Greenup, IL 62428.
