Shirley M. Watts Brown, 65, of Effingham died at 4:18am Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time. Memorials may be made in care of Shirley's family.
