Joyce E. Miller, 87, passed away at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, April 7, 2016 at her home in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 11 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Effingham with entombment in Arborcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the church and for one hour prior to the funeral service Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church.
