The Senior Center in Effingham will be the site of St. Anthony’s Savvy Senior Program & Luncheon on Thursday, July 18, at 11 a.m. The program for July focuses on cardiovascular health, as we are joined by Sheri Barnett, Nurse Practitioner with Prairie Cardiovascular in Effingham, as she shares about hypertension – what it is, how it develops and how to help control it. She is joined by Jackie Bohnhoff, a cardiology nurse at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, who will be sharing about congestive heart failure.
