Effingham County TEA Party will have William J. Federer, nationally known speaker, best-selling author and president of Amerisearch, Inc. speaking Thursday, March 14 at the Effingham VFW. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. with the speaker at 7 p.m. Endangered Speeches, How the ACLU, IRS and LBJ Threaten Extinction of Free Speech. This is open to the public. There will be a free will donation.
