Wiggles & Giggles will meet Wednesday, February 20 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Effingham Park District. Children 3-5 years old may attend. Cost is $8. This month's theme is entitled "Happy Hearts". Join in for music, crafts and games.

All participants must pre-register and make payment prior to class to reserve a slot. For further information, contact the park district at 342-4415.
