Jack Hoene, community relations coordinator for Pathways Rehabilitation (division of Peterson Healthcare) will be at the Senior Center Thursday, January 3 at 9:00am leading an excercise class. Instruction will include calisthenics and cardioexercises. On behalf of the Effingham Rehabilitations and Health Care Center here in Effingham come on out and exercise.
