Effingham Rehab and Health Care will be hosting their Annual Christmas Open House on Tuesday, December 18 from 5:00-7:00pm. This event is free and open to the public.  Appetizers and drinks will be provided and for more information contact the Effingham Rehab at 217-347-7781.
